About the Artist: With jangly guitars and tight harmonies, husband-and-wife folk-pop team with D.C. roots, The Kennedys have been wowing audiences since their 1995 debut album. Pete was Nanci Griffith's guitarist and Maura a harmony singer in her band. They have a talent for catchy and heart-warming folk-rock songs Inspired by rock (they met at Buddy Holly's gravesite!), country, swing and bluegrass, they've released over a dozen albums, several books, solo projects and over recent 120 livestram shows.
