You bring the vision, we provide the space that makes it possible.
Hosting a large group? No problem, the Clubhouse offers over 100 parking spaces on-site, making it easy and convenient for your guests.

Whether you're hosting a celebration, creative gathering, or honoring a loved one, we’re here to help.
Start by clicking “Book Now” below to fill out the Event Rental Agreement Form and begin your reservation request.
Please Note: A $400 refundable deposit is due within 3–5 days after your booking has been finalized (Steps 3–4), in order to secure your requested date.
*There is no charge for parking for event rentals*

Step 2
We’ll Be in Touch
A team member will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability and go over your event details.
You’ll also receive our Rental Rules & Regulations for review.
Step 3
Sign & Secure Your Date
After reviewing and signing the agreement, it will be co-signed by the Clubhouse Director/ Facility Manager.
Full payment for the event is due 60–90 days before the event date, depending on the nature of the booking. All details will be outlined during the follow-up process.
Please note: The $400 deposit becomes non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 90 days of the scheduled event.

You're All Set!
After everything is signed and submitted, your event is officially booked! We’ll send a final confirmation and share any additional information you need to prepare for your special day.
