About the Event
Did you ever want to try to paint with watercolors? Don’t know where to start. Or perhaps you did paint long ago, and feel like you need a jumpstart to return to your craft. If so, this is the class for you. No experience necessary, however, some basic drawing skill, although not required, would be helpful. The first class is an introduction to the materials you will need, including suggestions and options. The instructor will also provide you with a couple of practice exercises for you to try once you get your materials and before the first class begins.
The four lessons that follow will take you through a learning progression of challenges designed to give you the skills needed to venture out on your own. Materials:

About the Instructor: Judith Fulmer has studied art at Towson University and The Cape School of Art. She paints in a variety of mediums including watercolor, pastel, and oil. She primarily paints plein air or landscapes in the great outdoors. A resident of Maryland, she travels to Cape Cod where she teaches and continues to pass on the traditions of the Cape School plein air impressionism. She has been represented in galleries in Baltimore, Annapolis, Rehoboth, and Provincetown.
