About the Event
Dive into the unknown with paint! Learn to trust your visual impulses with color, composition and value as Karen leads you through the process of starting and working through the stages of abstract painting, as well as practicing observational skills.
The goal is to become present, learn to trust your instincts, and to allow yourself to become fully emerged in the creative process. You will gain an increased understanding of how to "get into" the flow. Foundational terminology will be shared as a means to see how your work is evolving.
Students will leave with a better understanding of why tuning into the present is important for our health, how to tune into your inner voice and gain confidence in your decision making skills.
Wednesday 10:30 - 12:30
