Join Mary Botta and start with an introduction to level 1 yoga and then move into a sound bath. Explore trust, communicate, connection and playfulness in your level 1 yoga class. Learn, play and have fun while practicing balance and stability. Put the world on pause and allow yourself to be transported by the sweet harmonies of our crystal singing bowls. Set your intentions and let the soothing vibrations relax your body and open your mind to new possibilities. Rest, recalibrate, and leave reinvigorated.

About the Venue: The Clubhouse is a 100-seat, intimate performance space located in the heart of the Catonsville Arts District. Recently acquired, it is owned and operated by the Baltimore County Arts Guild and serves as a center of the arts in Baltimore County. Additional classrooms provide space for classes and workshops.
