About the Event
Hiroya Tsukamoto is an inventive guitarist and composer who fuses folk, jazz and world music. Eclectic, immersive and mesmerizing; he takes audiences on an innovative journey filled with earthy, organic soundscapes that impart a mood of peace and ttranquility. His instrumental abilties are breathtaking, but his performances are so much more than that. He transfixes his audiences through a personable and genuine approach. A 2nd place finalist in the 2018 International Finger Style Guitar Championship, he plays with effortless skill. Hiroya's repertoire, gathered from around the world, includes his own compositions. About the Venue: The Clubhouse is a 100-seat, intimate performace space located in the heart of the Catonsville Arts District. Recently acquired, it is owned and operated by the Baltimore County Arts Guild and serves as a center of the arts in Baltimore County. Additional classrooms provide space for classes and workshops.
