A sweet tradition to share. Sugar skulls are part of an important tradition of Mexico. “DIA DE MUERTOS” is a holiday traditionally celebrated from October 31st through November 2nd. Ages 5 and up. Children under 10 yrs of age must have parent participation.

Sugar skulls are part of an important tradition of Mexico. “DIA DE MUERTOS” is a holiday traditionally celebrated from October 31st through November 2nd.
In this workshop, the participants will learn about the holiday and the meaning of the main elements of an “ofrenda” (altar), such as calaveritas (sugar skulls). Participants will also receive a kit to decorate their own sugar skulls.
