Rhythm Healing with Ayotemi- Ages 12 & Up

Join Ayotemi for a fun and relaxing session using our innate sense of rhythm. Spend time with your peers in community - creating an atmosphere of wellness, even on zoom! An introduction to the use of rhythm as a means of meditation, a reflection on time as the constant and evolving moment, and basic concepts will be shared. All participants will receive a private link to attend.

Workshop size: minimum 5 participants, maximum 25
