About the Event
Dive into the unknown with paint! Learn to trust your visual impulses with color, composition and value as Karen leads you through the process of starting an abstract painting.
You will learn terminology to increase your understanding of the creative process. Ways of seeing and criteria in critiquing your own work using foundational skills in art making will be taught.
Students will leave with a better understanding of abstract work, and more confidence and trust in their choices in making abstract art.
