FREE! Family Masquerade Mask-Making Workshop -- Pre-school Level
Guided by early-childhood trained teacher-artist Peggy McKinley, the goal of this workshop is to enable children ages 3 through 6 to create their own "masquerade-style" mask using simple art materials through a discovery-based process. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

About the Event
Family Masquerade Mask-Making Workshop -- Pre-school Level
Recommended Age: Children ages THREE through SIX years are invited to participate. (Adults and older children are also welcome with the understanding that materials and methods will focus upon the interests and skills of the 3 through 6 age group).
Theme & Purpose: Guided by early-childhood trained teacher-artist Peggy McKinley, the goal of this workshop is to enable children ages 3 through 6 to create their own "masquerade-style" mask using simple art materials through a discovery-based process.
Important Details:
* Each child attending from the 3 to 6 age-group must be accompanied by a responsible adult supervisor.
* No more than 2 children may attend with each adult supervisor.
Planning for Project:
* Expect to spend between one and two hours at the Gallery workspace for child to complete project.
* Child participants should be dressed for active participation in an explorative paint and glue session. OLD CLOTHING recommended -- including footwear!!
* Child is welcome to bring a photo or drawing of their chosen Holloween character (if they want to).
* No wearing of costumes please.

* Sunday, October 29 between 11 and 1.
