Holistic Art Education - Uniting Mind, Body and Spirit

Graduate Level Summer Course

Investigation of holistic approaches to K–12 art education. Addresses philosophical orientation, inquiry-based learning, choice-based teaching, learner-centered strategies, thematic content, meaningful studio experiences and planning.

This exhibit includes the work of students from Towson University's Holistic Art Education Course.  Students with work in the exhibit include: Colleen English, Daniell Free, Megan Gerstenberg-Kline, Samantha Lindsey, Xiomara Merulla, Kelli Nichols, Tyler Rosenberger, Bryson Tullis, Jess Vollman, Grace Welsh, Kellsie Wolcott-Guy, Kathleen Yoo Hannah Secher-Freeman and Professor Kay Broadwater. 

The exhibit will be up from July 20th- August 20th. 

Reception July 20th 6-8pm

1101 Maiden Choice Lane

Gallery Hours will be Wednesdays, 10a-12 noon, Thursday, 4-6pm and Sunday 12-2pm
