About the Event
Embark on a six week inner journey alongside peers for respite, rest and renewal. A brief introduction to mindfulness + meditation will foster the physiological benefits of using the simple, yet effective, tools being presented each week.
Creative practice + writing exercises offer insight, encourages dialogue and strengthens connection to your inner-being and to others in your life.
You will be guided through a new experiential each week.
Due to COVID 19, we will not be sharing supplies. You have the option of buying your own materials or you may purchase the supplies when you arrive to our first session. Please add a supply ticket to your cart at check out, indicating you would like us to reserve a supply kit for you.
