Vendor Registration Information

Dia de los Muertos Festival

October 28, 2023. 11am- 5pm

Clubhouse in Catonsville, 10 St. Timothy's Lane.

Thank you for your interest in our Dia de los Muertos Festival. Our focus is on art and handcrafted goods.  Vendors need to be in place and fully set up by 10:45 am. Vendors will provide their own tables and fire-rated canopies (NFP 701 standards, as required by law). Each space is approximately 10' x 10'. If you need additional space you may purchase one additional space. This is an outdoor, rain or shine event. Vendor spaces are limited and will likely sell out.  The event is in the south parking lot of the Catonsville Clubhouse at 10 St. Timothy's Lane. Vendor Parking is nearby and we will give further direction on where to park after you register.  NOTE:  If you are selling edible items or beverages you must provide a proper food licensing and permit a week prior to the event.  To register, complete the form below!

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own booth and display equipment, including tents, tables and chairs. All tents must be fire-rated (must meet NFPA 701 standards), have a suitable backdrop and sides for security, and be weighted down at each corner with 30-40 pound bags of sand per corner. All booths and displays must be wind-resistant and able to withstand large crowds. Water-resistant coverings and weights are highly recommended to protect displays. These items will not be supplied to Exhibitors. The Event organizers and/or representatives of the Event venue reserve the right to strike, shut down, or close any exhibit that is not weighted properly or presents any concern for public safety. Event organizers are not responsible for any harm or damage which occurs to an Exhibitor’s property. The event is rain or shine. If you are selling edible items or beverages you must provide a proper food licensing and permit a week prior to the event.
