April 28- June 1, 2020
The Guild is sponsoring the second Transcending the Quarantine, a virtual, online exhibit, from April 28- June 1, 2020. This show will be marketed via traditional and online media. There is a rolling deadline for submissions. The sooner you submit the longer you will exhibit and the more likely you will benefit from the marketing campaign. If you live, work or grew up in Baltimore County or are connected to this creative community, you are eligible to participate in this exhibit.
The exhibit will open on April 28th, 2020 and will run until June 1st. Visitors will explore the virtual exhibit of artworks by emerging and professional artists. Visitors will be directed to each artist's website, or email address via the link you provide and artists will complete transactions via their own payment systems, or through their own Venmo or PayPal accounts.
No commission. No entry fees. Just the Guild's way of trying to promote local artists in these difficult times. If you don’t have a payment system in place yet, Email us for ideas on how to quickly get started. View the exhibit to see how your artwork might appear and how each individual submission might display. Your photos are important. Use good light, outdoors if possible and something to steady your camera/phone.
How to Submit:
Read the terms below. Submissions should not take more than 10 minutes. Label your photos before uploading using ArtistLastName_Artwork Name, and complete the simple form and we’ll do the rest including “hanging" the exhibit, promoting the opening and encouraging the community to invest in our local artists! You will receive a confirmation email when you submit. If you did not receive one please review your form for errors and omissions and try again. Email us if you are having trouble.
