Judith Fulmer

Judith Fulmer’s work is a blend of impressionism and realism. Known for her seascapes, she works in several media, watercolor, oil and pastel, she began her study of art at Towson University. Her interest in impressionism took her to Provincetown, where she studied at the Cape Cod School of Art. Judith’s work focuses on light and color. She continues to learn and share her passion about art with her students. Judith currently teaches at the Cape School of Art in Provincetown and through the Baltimore County Arts Guild and is an active member of several art organizations in Maryland and Massachusetts.
