The Baltimore County Arts Guild, a non-profit organization located in Baltimore County, Maryland, is seeking the right candidate to manage our community arts center, the Clubhouse in Catonsville.
The Facility Program Assistant, under the direction of the Program and Events Manager and the Executive Director, will serve as the program assistant and provides oversight of facilities and events. Includes working with rental clients, artists, program instructors and visitors to Baltimore County Arts Guild venues and off-site events.
The successful candidate for this position

Will have the ability to effectively monitor and communicate with members, guests and staff.

They will be punctual and have the ability to meet deadlines and have good oral and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Basic accounting and computer skills including database entry, Microsoft word are preferred.

Access to transportation is required, as is the ability to respond quickly to an onsite emergency, if required.

This position is a part time position for approximately 12 hours per week with some opportunity for additional hours for special events. Hours are flexible, weekends and weeknights will be a part of the job.
The hourly wage is $16-18per hours- dependent on experience. Expected start date is early January 2024.
