All applicants whose applications were received by February 28, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST will be notified whether they have been selected, declined, or placed on the waitlist no later than March 23, 2023.

I understand that my participation in the Arts & Drafts Festival is subject to the approval of Diageo Beer Company USA.

I acknowledge that I may not create or sell any work that incorporates any trademarks, service marks, design marks, trade dress, patents, copyrights, or intellectual property owned by Diageo or Guinness.

I have read and agree to comply with the Diageo Marketing Code (contained within the above linked additional Terms and Conditions set forth by Diageo Beer Company USA).

I have read and agree to the social media posting requirements (contained within the above linked additional Terms and Conditions set forth by Diageo Beer Company USA).

I represent that I am not an alcohol beverage retail licensee, I do not have any ownership interest in any alcohol beverage retail licensee, and I am not owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by any alcohol beverage retail licensee or any principal, owner, officer, employee or agent of any alcohol beverage retail licensee; and, No monies or other payments in connection with any agreement concerning the Arts & Drafts Festival shall be paid, directly or indirectly, to any licensed retailer or concessionaire of alcohol beverages or to any person or Party employed by or otherwise affiliated with any alcohol beverage retail licensee; and, No monies or other payments in connection with any agreement related to the Arts & Drafts Festival shall be used in exchange for the right or privilege to have Diageo products purchased, stocked, displayed, advertised or sold by any concessionaire or alcohol beverage retail licensee; and, I shall not sell or vend or promote any alcohol products or licensed retailer on Diageo premises.

I represent that I do not engage in predatory multi-level-marketing schemes; and I do not engage in dangerous activities, sell or exhibit live animals, sell or exhibit alcohol beverages, or sell or exhibit any non-compliant Diageo Marketing Code items.

Booth Space Fee Acknowledgement

If selected to exhibit at the Arts & Drafts Festival, I understand that I will be responsible for paying the following booth space fee (indicate preference):

Standard Booth Space without access to Basic Electricity ($300.00)

Standard Booth Space with access to Basic Electricity ($350.00) --- Note: Limited quantities are available on a first come, first served basis according to application date and time. Your indication that you prefer access to electricity does not guarantee that you will receive it, and if you do not receive it you will not be charged for it.

Photography: works produced by the action of light on a light-sensitive material

Mixed Media: two-dimensional works composed from a combination of different media or materials

3D: three-dimensional works composed from a combination of different media or materials

Home and body artisan products: works intended for the home and/or body (ex. candles, soaps, body scrubs, etc.)

Jewelry: works intended to be personal ornaments, such as necklaces, rings, or bracelets, composed from a variety of media and materials

Literary: written and/or spoken works of a language, period, or culture

Photos of your Artwork

Upload three (3) photos that clearly represent the style and quality of the artwork that you wish to exhibit at the Arts & Drafts Festival. Choose photos that best exemplify your artwork in terms of the quality of craftsmanship, that the work is handmade, and that you create pieces of work available at a range of price points (for example, the artist has original pieces as well as prints in the form of post cards, or the artist has large sculptures as well as medium and smaller-sized sculptures). Each image should show the artwork clearly against a solid background.
